Welcome to Pala Global. By accessing or using our website palaglobal.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or business engagement.

1. Eligibility Criteria

  • You must be over the age of 18 and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use this website.

  • If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

 

2. Account Registration and Security

  • You may be required to register an account to access certain features of the website.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

3. Product Authenticity

  • All products listed on palaglobal.in are manufactured and marketed by Pala Global Private Limited.

  • We follow a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) approach. We do not authorize any third-party website, trader, or distributor to sell our products unless explicitly stated.

  • Purchases made outside this platform are not our responsibility, and authenticity or product quality cannot be guaranteed.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR for domestic customers and in USD (or applicable currency) for international buyers.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

  • For export orders, payment terms are usually 100% advance via TT (Telegraphic Transfer) unless otherwise agreed with our export manager.

 

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed by resellers or unauthorized distributors.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

For Domestic Customers:

  • Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances.

For Export Customers:

  • Export packaging and shipment will be tailored as per buyer requirements (ranging from 200ml to 5L or more).

  • Shipping method, lead time, and Incoterms will be agreed upon in writing before finalizing the order.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Domestic:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or expired products reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days.

Export:

  • Returns are not accepted on international shipments unless agreed upon in writing before the order.

  • All export shipments are quality checked and certified before dispatch.

 

8. Quality Assurance

  • All our products go through rigorous quality checks.

  • We operate an in-house NABL-certified lab and ensure every batch meets regulatory and international quality standards.

  • Certificates of Analysis (CoA) can be provided upon request for bulk/export orders.

 

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, designs, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Pala Global Private Limited and cannot be used or replicated without prior permission.

 

10. OEM / Private Labeling

  • We offer OEM and white-label manufacturing for eligible partners.

  • However, we do not disclose names of current or past clients due to confidentiality agreements.

 

11. User Conduct

  • You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the website or its users.

  • You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the website's security or any services, system resources, accounts, servers, or networks connected to or accessible through the website.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Pala Global Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the website or products.

 

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
