We aim to process and ship your order within 24–48 hours of successful payment.
You can expect your order to be delivered within 5 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and serviceability.
Note: Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, regional lockdowns, or courier delays) will be communicated via email/SMS.

6. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please:

Verify with neighbors, security, or reception (for apartment deliveries)

Wait for up to 24 hours (in case of premature status update)
If it still doesn’t arrive, contact our support team within 48 hours of the “delivered” status.

7. Failed or Reattempted Deliveries
In case of missed deliveries:

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times

If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to origin (RTO)
