Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled without any penalty if done before the product is dispatched. You will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

After Dispatch: If the order has already been shipped, only 50% of the order value will be refunded, with the other 50% being charged as a cancellation fee to cover handling and logistics.
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to resolve any issues promptly. However, due to the nature of our products (edible goods), we do not offer returns on opened or used items. We aim to provide transparency regarding why we cannot process certain returns.
1. Issues with Product Quality, Wrong Product, or Damage
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, or if the packaging is compromised, we encourage you to reach out within 24 hours of receiving your product at care@palaglobal.in. Kindly provide the following information for us to resolve your issue:

Why we can only process complaints within 24 hours:
We want to ensure that every product reaches you in the best condition possible. After a certain time, it becomes difficult to investigate the condition in which the product arrived, and we may not be able to take responsibility for issues like mishandling during storage or improper use.
If your complaint is confirmed as valid, we will issue a store credit (in the form of a coupon code) equal to the value of the defective product, which can be redeemed on future purchases. Please note that cash refunds are not offered.
Consumer Unavailability / Failed Delivery
If we attempt delivery and you are unavailable, or if the OTP verification fails, the product will be returned to us. Unfortunately, we must charge a penalty of ₹199 or the full order value, whichever is lower, due to the logistical costs involved.
Why we impose this charge:
Our shipping partners incur costs in every delivery attempt. To maintain fair pricing for all customers, we need to cover these expenses.
Non-Receipt of Delivered Product
In case you receive a delivery notification but do not receive your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the notification. We will work with our delivery partners to investigate and resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Products: Due to health and hygiene reasons, opened or used mustard oil cannot be returned. We strongly encourage you to inspect the packaging upon delivery to ensure that everything is in good condition.
